Take 3 capsules of Newcare daily, preferably with a little fluid at meal times. In order to achieve visible success, it is recommended that Newcare be ingested for a minimum of 3 months. To achieve lasting success and to keep hair beautiful over time, Newcare should be used regularly for prolonged periods of time every 6 to 12 months.
